من زمان تم ربط شرف البنـت بما يسمى “غشاء البكـارة” لإيمان الناس أن وجود دم (النزيف) عند الجواز هو دليل على عذرية البنت.

للسبب ده ولحد دلوقتي فيه نسبة كبيرة من البنات بيبقى مطلوب منها تجيب فوطه يوم جوازها عشان تثبت بيها وجود دم يوم فرحها كدليل على شرفها عشان يشوفها أهلها وأهل جوزها! وتحتفظ بيها طول حياتها عشان لو تم اتهامها في شرفها.

وفيه بنات تانيه اتقتلـت/اتطلقت عشان مفيش دم نزل يوم الفرح مع انهم ما كانش ليهم أي علاقات سابقة؛ بس مين اللي يقدر يثبت لو المقياس هو وجود الدم؟بشكل علمي بحت غشاء البكـارة هو غشاء ملوش أي وظيفة فسيولوجية وبيبقى موجود بأكتر من شكل عند البنات، وفي أوقات تانيه بعد ما البنت بتكبر ما بيبقاش موجود خالص غير البنات اللي بتتولد من غيره.

– ايه أنواعه؟

١. غشاء البكارة النصف قمري.بيبقى شكل نص دايرة وفيه فتحات بتسمح بنزول دم البيريود بشكل طبيعي، وده الشكل الأكثر شيوعاً.

٢. غشاء بكارة كامل. في الحالة دي غشاء البكارة بيبقى مغطي فتحة المهبل بشكل كامل وده بيمنع نزول دم البيريود. عشان كده الحالات دي بيتم اكتشافها في بداية فترة البلوغ عند البنت بسبب تجمع الدم في المهبل على هيئة كتل وحدوث ألم في البطن وصعوبة في التبول.الحالات دي بتستدعي تدخل جراحي لفتح غشاء البكارة. وللأسف فيه حالات سابقة لأهالي رفضوا علاج بنتهم لخوفهم على غشاء البكارة وانهم رافضين أنه يحصل فيه أي حاجه، وده طبعًا أدى لموت البنت؛ بس غشاء البكارة فضل سليم.

٣. غشاء به فتحة صغيرة.في الحالة دي الغشاء بيغطي فتحة المهبل بشكل كامل لكن فيه فتحة صغيرة بتسمح بنزول دم البيريود.

٤. غشاء بكارة ثنائي الفتحة.

٥. غشاء بكارة غربالي.بيبقى عبارة عن فتحات كتير جمب بعض.

٦. الغشاء المطاطي.بيبقى عبارة فتحة كبيرة في الغشاء، والغشاء نفسه مقتصر على جزء صغير على أطراف المهبل.كل شكل من اللي فاتوا مختلف في شكله وحجم الفتحات وحجم حوض البنت. وبسبب الاختلافات دي بنات كتير ممكن يحصلها intercourse بشكل كامل وتفضل محافظه على الغشاء زي ما هو بسبب أن الفتحات داخل الغشاء كبيرة.

كمان قطع الغشاء مش ضروري يرتبط بنزول دم لأنه عبارة طبقة رقيقة جداً.

لكل الأسباب دي مفيش مفيش حاجه اسمها كشف عذرية، لكن نتيجة للجهل ده وأن دي ثقافة المجتمع ظهرت عمليات ترقيـع غشاء البكارة وبقت منتشرة بشكل كبير بسبب الجهل والخوف من المجتمع.

دليل العذرية الوحيد للبنت هو كلامها، زيها زي الولد بالظبط.

– What are the types of hymen?

1. Annular (Half-lunar hymen).It is circular and has openings that allow the period blood to drain naturally, and this is the most common form.

2. Imperforate (Complete hymen).In this case, the hymen remains completely covering the opening of the vagina, and this prevents the bleeding of the period. That is why these cases are discovered at the beginning of the puberty period in the girl due to the accumulation of blood in the vagina in the form of lumps and the occurrence of abdominal pain and difficulty urinating.These cases require surgical intervention to open the hymen. Unfortunately, there are previous cases of parents who refused to treat their daughter because they feared the loss hymen and refused to let anything happen in it, and this of course led to the death of the girl; But the hymen remained intact.

3. A membrane with a small opening.In this case, the membrane covers the vaginal opening completely, but it has a small opening that allows the periodic blood to drip.

4. Septate (Two-hole hymen).

5. Cribriform hymen.It contains a lot of holes next to each other.

6. Parous introitus hymen.It contains a large opening in the membrane, and the membrane itself is limited to a small part on the ends of the vagina.Each shape of the hymens is different in its shape, the size of the openings, and the size of the girl’s pelvic.

Because of these differences, many girls can have complete intercourse and their membrane remains sound because their hymen openings are large.Also, bleeding after perforating the membrane is not necessary because it is a very thin layer.For all these reasons, there is no such thing as a virginity test, but as a result of this ignorance and that this is the culture of society, hymen repair surgeries appeared and became widely spread due to ignorance and fear of society.

The only evidence of a woman’s virginity is her words, just like the man.
